Cetero’s San Antonio facility incorporates more than 25 years of research experience with a new, purpose-built, 100-bed clinic designed to run clinical pharmacology studies in healthy, diabetic and obese participants.
Well-known for conducting first-in-human, proof-of-concept studies and participating as a multicenter site in diabetes and obesity trials, the new facility consolidates its operations into one four-story building. This expansion also increases the capacity to perform euglycemic and insulin-clamp studies—ideal for establishing proof-of-concept for novel compounds or comparison to show equivalence or superiority. In addition to focusing in glucose clamp studies, San Antonio offers a wide range of Phase I-IV study experience.
San Antonio’s participant database includes more than 36,000 men and women available for Phase I-IV studies and has access to patients at one of the largest endocrinology physician practices in the United States.
Our comprehensive Phase I-IV capabilities, including protocol writing, data management, PK/PD and biostatistics, bioanalytical, project management, monitoring, and medical writing, allow us to provide you with a full-service program of clinical drug development.
