At Cetero, the Project Manager has the overall responsibility to coordinate and integrate project activities across all relevant functional disciplines. He or she is also responsible for managing Cetero’s operational infrastructure that supports efficient clinical trial execution.

Your Project Manager will act as your primary communication liaison for all study-related matters. The Project Manager communicates frequently with you to determine needs, set appropriate expectations, and to outline next steps for successful study conduct. The Cetero interdisciplinary project team interacts continuously with the Project Manager to provide project-related information, share project performance data, and address any issues.

Cetero’s Clinical Laboratory plays a major role in supporting our commitment to deliver the clinical data you need on time, accurately and in a readily usable format. Our laboratory technologists work closely and continuously with study coordinators at each clinical site, and respond to queries and questions immediately. We send out results the same day we receive samples.

You can view lab results in real time, through a web gateway protected by multiple security levels. You can review the audit trail, automatic high/low flags, delta checks flagged to highlight significant variances in a given assay between two time points, and alerts to abnormal and panic values.
We use the most up-to-date technology to provide accurate results as quickly as possible. For example, our two Advia 120 Hematology analyzers can complete nearly 5,000 tests per hour. Our open systems allow us to adapt virtually any assay to our multichannel analyzers, so we’re not limited to any one manufacturer’s reagents.
In addition to our own meticulous quality controls, the laboratory is certified by CLIA (Clinical Laboratory Improvements Act) and accredited by CAP (College of American Pathologists), COLA (Commission on Laboratory Assessment) and AHCA (Agency for Health Care Administration).
