Study Medication: Investigational Oral MedicationInclusion Criteria: Male and Female; Aged 18-80; Diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. Must be stable on insulin for at least 3 months or Metformin at max tolerated dose for at least 3 months.

Study Medication: Investigational Injection MedicationInclusion Criteria: Male or Female; Aged 18 – 55; Must have been diagnosed with Type I Diabetes for 5-25 years but otherwise in good general health

Inclusion Criteria: Male or Female; Aged 18 and over; Must be either type 1 or type 2 diabetic with kidney disease.
